Carrying 48 years of happy memories for children of different generations, Lai Yuen is definitely a precious place that witnesses the growth of many people in Hong Kong. Before its closure in 1997, it was an amusement park that connected everyone in Hong Kong. Its zoo and other recreational facilities made it a popular place for family gathering at that time.

The amusement park will be relocated to AsiaWorld-Expo. It will feature indoor and outdoor entertainment facilities which span an area of 19,000 square metres in total.
Games of all levels of excitement will be provided for all ages, such as XRACE, bumper car,Rainbow Ball Pool, family workshops, etc. A number of traditional games like ball pool and game booths will also be available for kids.
